Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Resources Manager to join our remote team. This role involves identifying and facilitating access to various supportive resources for individuals in need. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic advocate, ensuring that our clients receive the appropriate support to face their challenges.

Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify resources including counseling services, financial aid, housing options, and medical assistance.
2. Develop partnerships with service providers and community organizations.
3. Create and maintain an up-to-date and accessible resource database.
4. Guide individuals through the process of understanding and accessing available resources.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the resources provided and recommend enhancements.

Requirements:
1. Experience in social services, resource management, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and research skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in sensitive interactions with individuals in crisis.
4. A strong commitment to the mission and values of Areivim Institute.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 plus benefits.
