Remote, US

Job Opening: Operations Lead for Concierge Clinics in North America

Location: Remote, US (10%-40% Travel per month)

About Us:

We are a leading concierge medicine organization that partners with high-end medical practices across North America. Our role is to support these autonomous clinics in addressing pain points and enhancing their growth and efficiency. We are approaching nearly 20 clinics in 2025, each offering specialized, cutting-edge care.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Lead to join our fast-paced team. This role demands a hands-on, highly organized professional with exceptional multi-tasking abilities. You will work closely with the VP of Business Development (BD) and President of the organization to implement strategic recommendations, ensuring our clinics deliver world-class service and achieve profitable results. This role requires extensive travel (40%) but flexibility in scheduling is available. Looking for someone motivated and a self starter who needs little direction and will make executive decisions with founders of the clinics and with the VP of BD.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across clinic care, administration, sales, purchasing, financial management, marketing, and inventory.

2. Implementation of Recommendations: Work with the BD to implement strategic improvements, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. This will range from working with recruiters, helping clinic management with onboarding, reviewing financials monthly to focus on profitability, building out sales and onboarding processes along with HR and other elements of the clinical operations.

3. System Audits and Refinement: Develop and refine communication and collaboration systems to eliminate redundancies and increase profitability.

4. Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of clinic staff (with their management and founder), ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

5. Customer Service: Promote a customer-centric approach, enhancing VIP client satisfaction through staff training and operational excellence.

6. On-the-Ground Support: Provide hands-on support at clinics, including travel and virtual coordination.

7. Reporting: Must update the BD and President of the organization weekly of all tasks completed, clinic issues and goals to meet and overall needs to complete any deliverables so the organization can support.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of progressive operations experience with a track record of implementation and team-building. Ideally medical/med spa operations or luxury hospitality experience preferred.

2. Experience managing operations in a service or retail setting, including financial oversight and inventory management.

3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing 10+ staff members while able to roll up your sleeves and do the work, not just delegate.

4. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and P&L reports.

5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

6. High energy, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve problems.

Compensation: $73,000 - $79,000 with OTE at $90,000+, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, matching 401K, and vacation.
