Job Opening:  Primary Therapist for Adolescent Treatment Center

Location: San Jose, CA

Schedule:
9am-7pm
The candidates need to be able to work between these hours. They aren’t expected to be there the entire time but they must occasionally be available to be there by 7pm.

Job Description:  The primary therapist will provide individual, family and group therapy at an upscale treatment center for teens with dual diagnosis.

Duties:
Provide therapy for individuals, groups and families at a residential treatment center for teenagers.

Requirements:

1.  Completion of a Master's degree in family therapy, counseling, or social with a BBS number valid for California.
2.  Residential Treatment Center experience (or IOP/PHP experience).
3.  LMFT OR LPCC OR LCSW, or Associate Therapist with 1,500 + hours complete or at least 1 year of work experience post masters.
4.  Experience working with adolescents.

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000 (unlicensed), $100,000-$105,000 (licensed) plus benefits and supervision. Up to $5k sign-on bonus
