Position: Assistant Bookkeeper/Bookkeeper

Job Description:
  • Basic full charge bookkeeping
  • Assist with Accounts Payable
  • Overseeing bills
  • Basic financial reports
  • Paying credit cards and reconciliation

Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of experience with Accounting software such as Quickbooks. 
  • Experience with Appfolio is preferred. 
  • Experience with fixed payments such as property tax and income tax. 
  • Attention to detail and deadlines is a must.
  • Professional, great problem solver and most importantly a team player. 
Location: Los Angeles, 90057

Job Type: Onsite

Compensation: $25-$30/hour DOE plus vacation
