Position: Assistant Bookkeeper/Bookkeeper
Job Description:
- Basic full charge bookkeeping
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Overseeing bills
- Basic financial reports
- Paying credit cards and reconciliation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Accounting software such as Quickbooks.
- Experience with Appfolio is preferred.
- Experience with fixed payments such as property tax and income tax.
- Attention to detail and deadlines is a must.
- Professional, great problem solver and most importantly a team player.
