Position: Functional Medicine Nutritionist

Job Summary: We are partnering with a progressive concierge medicine practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona who is seeking an experienced and passionate nutrition professional to join their fast-paced, dynamic team. Their cutting-edge facility supports high-performing individuals, including executives, athletes, and families, with personalized, integrative care.
We are looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), or equivalent with expertise in functional medicine and a deep passion for nutrition and health optimization. This role requires an in-office commitment, exceptional clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Evaluate members, create nutrition plans, and deliver measurable results.
● Provide daily nutrition counseling and customized education.
● Design tailored meal plans, menus, and supplement protocols.
● Collaborate with chefs and meal delivery services to meet member needs.
● Review and interpret lab results to guide treatment.
● Document progress notes and monitor ongoing success.
Expertise in:
● Digestive health and microbiome
● Metabolic/body composition optimization
● Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
● Cellular restoration and mitochondrial health
● Sports nutrition and performance enhancement
● Detoxification and nutrient deficiency correction
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in functional medicine.
● IFM certification preferred.
● Knowledge of bioidentical hormone therapy and general clinical medicine.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Collaborative approach with physicians and other team members.
