Director/Associate Director of Human Resources
Position Summary:
This role is with a top law firm operating in California and Nevada. The Director of Human Resources will have a dual mandate to strengthen our foundational HR practices while identifying and implementing forward-thinking strategies that will elevate the function and support the firm’s strategic goals. This role will work closely with the COO and administrative leadership team, guiding HR initiatives across talent planning, business partnering, and HR operations to create a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workforce

Education and Experience Required
- Extensive HR Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least three years leading an HR function and managing teams, coaching managers, and developing talent strategies.
- Analytical and Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to propose sound, data-driven HR initiatives to leadership, with a track record of securing support and resources.
- Service Orientation: A customer-focused approach, adept at advocating for both team and firm needs.
- Hands-on Leadership: A willingness to lead by example, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality that values practical solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on participation to get the job done.
