What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a litigation-focused environment
- Trial Experience: Prior trial experience is a definite plus!
- Litigation Skills: Expertise in all stages of litigation, including discovery (lay and expert), motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Problem Solver: Strong ability to spot key issues, create comprehensive reports, and distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Communication: Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and a desire to engage directly with clients and carriers
- Ownership: A take-charge attitude and eagerness to manage cases from start to finish
- Team Player: Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity & Work Ethic: A strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results for clients
- Licensed: Active member of the State Bar of California
