Job Opening: Marketing Manager - Assisted Living

Location: Long Beach, CA 

Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to promote an award-winning assisted living community and drive occupancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for senior living.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy
• Build relationships with local healthcare professionals and organizations
• Coordinate events, tours, and open houses
• Manage social media and online presence
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve occupancy  

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of increasing census for a community of at least 150-200 beds. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of senior living industry and effective marketing strategies is a MUST  

Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 DOE plus generous bonuses
