The Medicare Documentation Coordinator will work full-time in the office and play a key role in managing documentation through the PCC (PointClickCare) system. This individual will be responsible for downloading required Medicare documents, coordinating with field representatives, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
Download and organize required Medicare documentation from PCC (PointClickCare)
Communicate with field representatives to identify missing documentation
Coordinate the retrieval of incomplete or missing files to ensure compliance and accuracy
Maintain organized electronic records and support internal documentation processes
Qualifications:
Proficient in general computer use and office software
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Effective communication and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Background in medical billing or healthcare administration
Experience using PCC (PointClickCare) or similar EHR systems
Compensation: $25.50-$30/hour DOE
