The Manager or Director (title DOE) of a growing Search Placement Division will oversee a remote team of 6–8 experienced recruiters. This role will be responsible for driving strategy, performance, and growth of the permanent placement team focused on legal support staff and business professionals.

Lead, manage, and scale a team of 6–10 (and growing) remote recruiters across the U.S.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Search Division.
Set and manage individual and team KPIs, ensuring revenue targets and placement goals are met or exceeded.
Provide hands-on mentorship and coaching to recruiting staff, including deal structuring, client negotiations, and candidate sourcing strategy.
Work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets or verticals.
Monitor and manage pipeline health, ensuring consistent deal flow and recruiter productivity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and legal professionals to increase repeat business and referrals.
Implement and refine best practices in candidate sourcing, client development, and recruitment process management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize recruiting tools, systems, and outreach strategies.
Track and report on team metrics and performance, providing regular updates to leadership.
Proven ability to drive performance and exceed placement/revenue goals individually and through teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience with ATS/CRM platforms; tech-savvy and data-driven.
5+ years of experience in legal placement, with a focus on permanent placement of legal support staff and business professionals.
2+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters or a recruiting team (remote team management is a plus).
Deep knowledge of the legal placement industry, client dynamics, and candidate market.
