Job Title: Program Manager

Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for providing assistance in the daily operations of support services provided for individuals, including Independent and Supported Living Services, and Tailored Day Services, including overall management and administration or programming for assigned individuals. The Program Manager provides leadership to Direct Support Professional team members and works with other members of the support team to ensure a consistent schedule of support to meet individual needs. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or other Human Services related field highly preferred. 
• High level of knowledge of the California Regional Center system and familiarity with the Self Determination Program 
• Minimum 3-years experience in supporting adults in the I/DD community 
• Knowledge of the needs of adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 
• Demonstrated leadership ability with minimum of 2-years in a supervisory position. 
• Excellent written communication. Familiarity writing Individual Program Plans is highly preferred. 

Compensation: $77,500 DOE plus benefits
