Overview
As a member of one of our personal injury teams, you'll play a crucial role in our plaintiff's practice, working alongside some of the most experienced trial lawyers in California to secure optimal outcomes for our clients. The case focus of this team is general personal injury, wrongful death, auto and motorcycle accidents, and injury due to the negligence of others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception through trial.
• Work closely with clients and an integrative team of professionals to understand client's legal needs and provide effective solutions.
• Regularly review potential new cases.
• Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources.
• Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar
• 3-7  years of experience in civil litigation
• Pre-litigation experience required, trial experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills with experience in complex briefing and court hearings
• Organizational and time management skills to balance your case load and delegate to the team

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary $150,000 to $180,000, Depending on Experience
