Job Summary:
The Community Liaison Director (CLD) plays a key role in driving the community’s growth and success by ensuring monthly census goals are achieved or exceeded. This position focuses on cultivating meaningful relationships with referral sources, managing the community’s sales pipeline, and promoting the community’s services within the local market.
The CLD works closely with the Executive Director, Regional Network Relations team, and VP of Digital Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach strategies, support Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) admissions, and strengthen partnerships with healthcare and community professionals.
Achieve and maintain budgeted census goals through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Regional Network Relations team on ALW admissions and ensure seamless coordination with the Administrative Services Coordinator.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local professionals, referral partners, and community organizations.
Manage all leads and inquiries with timely, personalized follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
Ensure the community and staff are always prepared to provide an exceptional tour experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; accuracy is essential for commission eligibility.
Partner with the Executive Director to establish a “tour tree” — ensuring trained backup staff can conduct tours in the CLD’s absence.
Support and train the management team on marketing initiatives and best practices to foster a collaborative sales culture.
Leverage a variety of marketing channels — including community events, media, online presence, and newsletters — to enhance brand awareness and drive leads.
The CLD receives ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship from leadership, including the Executive Director, VP of Digital Sales and Marketing, and Regional Operations and Network Relations Directors.
