Lewis Brisbois is a nationally recognized, full-service AmLaw 100 law firm with offices across the country. Our Las Vegas, NV office is currently seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney to join our dynamic and expanding team.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 12 years of experience in defending professional liability claims, including but not limited to:

• Directors & Officers (D&O)

• Legal Malpractice

• Errors & Omissions (E&O)

• Architects & Engineers

Candidates must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, along with admission to the Nevada Bar.

About the Practice
Our Professional Liability Practice spans offices nationwide and represents a broad spectrum of professionals — either directly or through their insurers — including:

• Accountants, attorneys, architects, and engineers

• Bankers and financial planners

• Healthcare providers and insurance professionals

• Media, technology, and cyber law professionals

• Real estate appraisers, brokers, and agents

• School districts, municipalities, and public officials

• Securities brokers and other licensed professionals (FINRA)

Who We’re Looking For
While prior experience in professional liability defense is preferred, we also welcome litigators with strong general experience who have a demonstrated interest in this practice area.
