Overview: We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for a NJ-based law firm that represnts numerous school boards where they serve as the Board attorney. They are the Planning Board and Zoning Board attorneys for numerous municipalities. The Attorneys in their Labor and Education/Public Sector practice group represent both public and private clients. Many clients include various municipalities, school boards and other public and governmental entities. The position entails attending meetings of public bodies, including evening meetings.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- New Jersey State Bar Admission
- Maintain license (in good standing) to practice from the New Jersey State Bar including fulfilling all mandatory continuing legal education requirements.
- Experience working with school boards or municipal boards (Land Use, Planning
- Boards)
- 2-6 years of experience working in the Labor and Education Public Sector area of law
