Senior Employment Law Attorney

Qualifications
We are seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney with at least 5+ years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions. As a Senior Attorney, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role where you will manage a team, supervise Junior Associates, and take ownership of high-stakes cases from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-profile cases while mentoring and guiding the next generation of attorneys.
In this role, you will be responsible for case strategy, planning, discovery, depositions, settlements, and more. You will also ensure that your team is aligned with the firm’s standards for excellence and that each case progresses effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Junior Associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision in all aspects of case handling.
- Manage high-profile, complex cases, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed in accordance with firm guidelines.
- Collaborate with other senior team members to discuss case strategy, discovery, and deposition planning.
- Take charge of law and motion practice, settlements, and other more complex aspects of litigation.
- Provide leadership in client communication, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the litigation process.
- Assist in shaping the firm's long-term strategy for tackling cutting-edge legal issues and high-impact cases
