Title: Employment Litigation Associate, Mid-Level
Location: Sacramento, CA 
Schedule: Full-time

Overview:

Our client is seeking Associate Attorneys with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join their employment practice in Sacramento, CA. This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and work closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling California wage-hour class action matters and PAGA cases. Candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting are essential. We are looking for someone who is motivated, takes initiative, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

While prior employment law experience is preferred, they welcome applications from talented litigators in other practice areas who bring strong core skills and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law. Qualifications:

• Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills. 

Compensation: $185,000-$215,000 DOE with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, paid parental leave, 401(k) and carve out election, profit sharing, life insurance and more.
