Overview: A boutique law firm is actively seeking an attorney to join its Estate Planning practice group in Sarasota. The Associate will work with and learn from the firm's experienced, collaborative estate planning and business law teams. The Associate will work on family estate planning and business succession plans, entity creation, operating and shareholder agreements, and business counseling. 
 

Qualifications: 

• The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctorate (JD) and will be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida with at 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required.
• Candidates with Taxation LLM or coursework in trusts and estate planning preferred. 
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Candidates should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
