Employment Litigation Associate/Of Counsel – Cal/OSHA

Job Opening: Employment Litigation Associate- Cal/OSHA
Location: Woodland Hills, CA 91367

Description: Our client seeks an associate with at least two years of employment litigation or OSHA experience who is interested in dedicating at least 50% of their time to supporting the firm's Workplace Safety Practice Group.

Qualified candidates should be comfortable:

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
• Drafting and arguing motions and other briefs
• Taking and defending depositions

Qualifications: 

• Admission to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.
• Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials.
• Experience with workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans is preferred, even if limited.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation: $170,000-$270,000 DOE with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, paid parental leave, 401(k) and carve out election, profit sharing, life insurance and more.
