- Lead and manage complex litigation matters across auto liability, general liability, professional liability, and malpractice.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategic initiatives and elevate legal operations.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to BGSP’s thought leadership and trial excellence.
- Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and high-level negotiations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, claims professionals, and internal teams.
- Shape legal strategy through expert motion practice, case assessments, and courtroom advocacy.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership
- 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or complex civil litigation
- Proven leadership in legal strategy, team development, and client relations
- Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience working with top-tier carriers and navigating high-stakes disputes
