We are seeking 4–5 experienced Litigation Attorneys to support our various trial teams. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong civil litigation experience who can independently manage a high-volume caseload and provide consistent support throughout the litigation process.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling litigation files, strong knowledge of case management and litigation procedures, and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, claims professionals, and other members of the legal team. Experience supporting insurance defense and trial teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and maintain assigned litigation files from inception through resolution.
- Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files, calendars, deadlines, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
- Track case deadlines, court dates, discovery responses, depositions, expert disclosures, and other critical litigation events.
- Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, claims adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and other parties as needed.
- Assist with drafting, preparing, organizing, and filing litigation documents.
- Monitor case activity and proactively communicate upcoming deadlines or outstanding items to attorneys.
- Request, organize, and review medical records, discovery materials, reports, and other case documentation.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, deposition transcripts, trial binders, and other supporting materials.
- Enter and maintain accurate case information in the firm's case management systems.
- Assist with billing, timekeeping, and compliance with client-specific billing guidelines.
- Provide reliable day-to-day support to attorneys managing active litigation caseloads.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation file handler, litigation secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, or similar litigation support role.
- Strong civil litigation experience; insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting attorneys with active trial caseloads preferred.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case management.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management/document management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Highly responsive, dependable, and proactive.
- Ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.
- Trial preparation experience is a plus.
