Job Title: Customer Service Representative within Wholesales
Location: Commerce, CA 90040
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

    • Address customer issues or concerns and ensure quick resolution.

    • Provide product information, assist with order tracking, and manage customer expectations.

    • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all stages of the order process.

  • Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to process orders efficiently and accurately.

    • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales-related documentation.

    • Help manage customer projects, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.

    • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing spreadsheets, organizing documents, and updating CRM systems.

  • Order Processing:

    • Input and process customer orders accurately into the system.

    • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

    • Ensure all order details are correctly documented and communicated to the appropriate teams.

  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Utilize Excel and other tools to maintain accurate records of customer orders and project statuses.

    • Generate basic reports on customer orders, sales, and project progress as needed.

    • Update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formula usage, creating reports).

  • Previous customer service or sales support experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems or order management platforms.

  • Familiarity with basic project management principles.

Location: Commerce CA

Compensation: $20-$22/hour plus benefits
