Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and experienced Mental Health Program Director to lead our mental health initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of mental health programs, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services and a passion for enhancing mental health care accessibility.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate mental health programs in line with our mission.

2. Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals and support staff.

3. Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to enhance program offerings.

4. Secure funding and manage budgets for mental health projects.

5. Provide clinical team supervision and professional development opportunities for staff.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards in program operations.

7. Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and public events to advocate for mental health awareness.

 

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing mental health services or similar programs.

2. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.

3. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Experience in program development, project management, and staff supervision.

5. A deep commitment to mental health advocacy and the mission of Areivim Institute.

 

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000, plus benefits.
